What the service uses

10xJoy uses your account email, the information you put in a brief or chat, your selected agencies, and introduction status to provide this service. Agency applications include contact information, specialties and examples of work.

When you use Joy, your conversation and brief context are sent to our configured AI provider to generate a response. You can use the brief form without AI. Operational records include usage and errors to control cost and investigate failures.

Joy may read the public website associated with your email domain, or a website you share, to ask fewer questions. Your full email is not sent to that website. A short extract is stored with your chat context and used by our AI provider. You can correct what Joy finds; website information does not verify your identity or your work.

Saving and returning

A pending brief may be saved in this browser for up to 24 hours so you can return after signing in. Sign out or start a new brief to clear the current browser record. This expiry does not delete previously saved server records.

Saved briefs and introduction history are held in our database for the service. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data.

Sharing a brief

Your chat is not a public directory listing. Before an introduction, you approve the brief and selected agencies. The operator uses that approved snapshot for the handoff. If you enable a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared brief; you can disable the link from your draft.
